API

A REST API for Callduck is on the roadmap. When available, it will provide programmatic access to your workspace data.

Planned scope

• Contacts — create, read, update, and manage opt-in status
• Conversations — list and update conversation state
• Messages — send session replies and approved templates
• Campaigns — create and report on broadcasts

Keys

API keys will be generated under Settings → API keys, scoped to your workspace with role-based permissions.
